Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Speak Right mobile application (“App”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. No Authentication Required

Speak Right does not require account creation or login for its core functionality. Access to purchases or subscriptions may still depend on Apple’s billing systems and the purchase status associated with your Apple account.

3. License and Permitted Use

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial use on devices you own or control.

• You may not copy, resell, rent, or sublicense the App.
• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App except where permitted by law.
• You may not use the App for unlawful, abusive, or infringing activity.
• You may not interfere with the App’s operation, security, or integrity.

4. Subscriptions, Billing, and Trials

Certain features may require a paid subscription or in-app purchase through Apple’s In-App Purchase system. If you subscribe:

• payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase;
• subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period;
• your account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current billing period;
• you can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings after purchase;
• if a free trial is offered, any unused portion may be forfeited when you purchase a subscription; and
• prices may vary by country, currency, and Apple storefront.

Speak Right may use RevenueCat to validate subscription status, manage entitlements, and support purchase restoration. Restore functionality must be used within the App if you need to recover eligible purchases.

5. App Features and Content

Speak Right provides language learning, pronunciation practice, recording, and related AI-assisted features for informational and educational purposes. We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes, fluency levels, accent results, or uninterrupted availability.

6. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is collected, used, and shared.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Speak Right and its developer shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, goodwill, or business, arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

9. Changes to the App or Terms

We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Speak Right after updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Morocco (MA), without regard to conflict of law principles.
