End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. License Grant

Subject to this Agreement, Speak Right grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple-branded products you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

2. No Account Requirement

The App does not require account creation or authentication to access its core functionality. Subscription status and purchase restoration may depend on your Apple purchase history and entitlement validation.

3. Restrictions

• You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or sublicense the App.
• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where permitted by law.
• You may not use the App in violation of law or third-party rights.
• You may not remove proprietary notices, branding, or legal notices.

4. Content, Purchases, and Subscriptions

Speak Right provides pronunciation practice and language-learning features, including recording and AI-assisted tools. Certain features may require in-app purchases or subscriptions offered through Apple’s In-App Purchase system.

Auto-renewable subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You may manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings. RevenueCat may be used to validate purchase status and provide restore and entitlement management functions.

5. Maintenance and Support

Speak Right, and not Apple, is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support for the App, unless otherwise required by law.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. If any warranty is implied by law and cannot be disclaimed, it is limited to the minimum period required by law.

7. Product Claims and Liability

Speak Right, and not Apple, is responsible for addressing claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising from the App or your use of it, subject to the limitations in this Agreement and to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Third-Party Terms

You must comply with applicable third-party terms when using the App, including Apple’s applicable platform terms and any terms governing services accessed through the App.

9. Termination

This Agreement remains effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination, you must stop using and delete the App.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Morocco (MA), without regard to conflict of law principles, except where mandatory local consumer protection laws apply.

11. Third-Party Beneficiary

Apple and Apple’s subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement and may enforce it against you as applicable.
